Dusty Stick Emoji

There is some conflict on the interwebs about the use of the Dusty Stick Emoji and what its means.

As alluded to in this Vice article, I use it as a playful way to jeer at someone. I acknowledge it's outdated, but I have this image in my mind of a 1950’s homemaker wearing an apron, one hand on her hip and the other wagging a dusty stick saying “Oh…you!!!”.

Another image I have is one of your grandma wagging a duster at you saying “…you little rascal”.
